Mr.H S Sawhney is a computer science graduate from The University of Texas at Austin. A pragmatic and level-headed personality with an immense understanding of business operations and growth planning. He has also acquired a certification in the Business Growth Program from Indian School of Business Hyderabad. These qualifications, combined with his foresightedness and progressive approach makes him an immensely inspiring individual who has been playing an instrumental role in the growth of Falcon Technologies for the past 12 years and relentlessly continues to take the organization to the next level.

Mr.Sawhney is the past President of the Entrepreneurs Organization, an Organization which bring together more than 9000 leading business owners together to learn and grows from each other experiences.

Mr.Sawhney is also a member of Broadcast Engineers Society (BES) India.


Karan Singh Sawhney

Director & Managing Partner

Mr. K S Sawhney is in charge of spearheading the company's vision, mission and growth from new technology centered around video broadcast, high tech electronics and communication projects. A significant member of the leadership team at Falcon focused towards company growth and through identification of new markets and goto  strategies owing to his expertise in Technology and Investment Banking domains.

A graduate from State University of New York with majors in Bachelor of Computer Science, Business and Mathematics. For about 6 years, Karan has worked as an IT professional and an Investment Banker in Manhattan, New York, with organizations like Credit Suisse and TD Water house. Karan has spent the last 10 years expanding the group's area of expertise into multiple hi-technology and growth centric markets.    

Mr. K. S. Sawhney is the past President of the Entrepreneurs Organization, a global Organization which bring together more than 14,000 leading business owners together to learn and grows from each other experiences.


Shams Gulrez

General- Manager

 

Mr.Shams Gulrez is a dynamic member of Falcon Technologies with his expertise in Sales & marketing activities with a specialty in Broadcasting Industry.

Mr. Shams is Graduate from AMU, Aligarh and looking after the various aspects of Indian & international marketing activities since last 10 years. He is qualified with masters in marketing.

He has executed the tendering works with Government, PSU, Private companies with procurement of electronics& Broadcasting equipment, after sale services and having a good relationship with tender  & vendors as well.


 Ronak Chomal

Key Account Manager

Mr. Ronak Chomal is an integral part of the sales team at Falcon Technologies Pvt Ltd dedicated to Govt. as well as Private customers and has tremendous expertise in Sales & Business development. “He holds a B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology)in Electronics and Telecommunication degree from INSTITUTION OF ELECTRONICS ANDTELECOMMUNICATION ENGINEERS, INDIA, he has+Years of experience in Broadcasting technology in India, Ethiopia and other African countriesfor Marketing, Technical Support and Tendering field by working directly with clients. He has worked on many projects for Govt of Bihar (Bihar Agricultural University), Govt. of Uttar Pradesh (Krishi Vigyan Kendra), Govt. of Ethiopia(Ministry of I&B) , Govt.of Algeria( Ministry ofI&B), Indian Govt., Ministry of Agriculture(India)and many more customers as well. Currently, he is applying his experience and along with his team, driving the Public as well as Private sectors for sales initiative on behalf of the company.

Serajuddin Ghalib

Mr. Serajuddin Ghalib is an integral part of the sales team at Falcon Technologies Pvt Ltd dedicated to Govt. & Defense as well as EPC Infrastructure Company  and has tremendous expertise in Sales & Business development. “He holds a B.E. (Bachelor in Engineering) in Electrical & Electronics degree from Guru Ramdas Khalsa Institute of Science & Technology, Jabalpur INDIA, he has 8+Years of experience in Govt & Defense Industry  in India for Marketing, Technical Support and Tendering field by working directly with clients. He has worked on many projects for Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Home Affairs, Armed forces  and several Big EPC Companies Like AFCONS, SIMPLEX, AECOM, L & T etc)and many more customers as well. Currently, he is applying his experience and along with his team, driving the Public as well as Private sectors for sales initiative on behalf of the company.


 Rahul Kandari

Mr. Rahul Kandari is an integral part of the sales team at Falcon technologies dedicated to Govt. and has tremendous expertise in Sales& Business development. “He holds an MBA (Operations) degree from Sikkim Manipal University and B Tech – Electronics & Communication degree from HNB Garhwal university  Uttrakhand, he has 5+Years of experience in Broadcasting technology in INDIA, for Marketing, Technical Support. He has worked on projects for STAR INDIA and its Regional Channels. Currently, he is applying his experience and along with his team, driving the govt. sales initiative on behalf of the Company.


Raj Upadhyay

Mr. Raj Upadhyay is an integral part of the sales team at Falcon Broadcast solution LLP. dedicated to Govt. as well as Private customers and has tremendous expertise in sales & Business Development. “He holds an MBA (Marketing and International Business) degree from Sikkim Manipal University and BE (Bachelor of Engineering) degree from SGSITS Indore, he has 8+Years of experience in Broadcasting technology in INDIA, OMAN and BANGLADESH for Marketing , Technical Support and Tendering field by working directly with clients and through EPC/SI’s as well. He has worked on many projects for STAR, FOX, Viacom 18, Essel Group, 9X media, NGC, SONY MAX, NIMBUS and Mustafa Sultan Oman customers as well. Currently, he is applying his experience and along with his team, driving the govt. as well as private sales initiative on behalf of the company.

Kashev Sharma

Mr. Kashev Sharma is an integral part of the sales team at Falcon Broadcast solution LLP. dedicated to Govt. as well as Private customers and has tremendous expertise in sales & Business Development. “He holds  B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology ) degree from M.D.U, Rohtak, he has 5+Years of experience in Government & Corporate Sales in INDIA for Marketing , Technical Support and Tendering field by working directly with clients and through EPC/SI’s as well. He has worked on many projects for SEClONGC, IOCL, BHEL, EIL, HAL, MOD, BSF, ITBP, BSNL, RAILTEL, COFMOW, IREPS, MOE, Anti-vigilance bureau, MES, MHA, Adidas, Jubilant Foods, L&T, ABB, Instakart (flipkart) and many others. Currently, he is applying his experience and along with his team, driving the govt. as well as private sales initiative on behalf of the company.

Mr. Pradeep Kumar is an integral part of the sales team at Falcon Broadcast solution LLP. dedicated to Govt. as well as Private customers and has tremendous expertise in sales & Business Development. “He holds an MBA (Marketing and International Business) degree from Amity University Noida and B-Tech in Electrical Engineering , he has 9+Years of experience in Broadcasting technology,Audio & Video Solutions in INDIA, NEPAL, OMAN and BANGLADESH for Marketing , Technical Support and Tendering field by working directly with clients and through EPC/SI’s as well. He has worked on many projects for Reliance Jio, Zeemedia, Doordarshan, All India Radio, MHA, MOD and AIIMS New Delhi customers as well. Currently, he is applying his experience and along with his team, driving the govt. as well as private sales initiative on behalf of the company.

Anil Tiwari

 Mr. Anil Tiwari is an ambitious professional with experience in Project Planning, Monitoring & Execution, Resource Management &Procurement, Techno-Commercial Operations, Relationship Management, Site Coordination and Team Management. Currently spearheading as Sr. Engineer - Pre-sales and support with Falcon Broadcast solutions LLP Proficient in project planning, designing, scheduling, project engineering, resource mobilization, quantity estimation and final project delivery. Well-versed in handling various projects from the feasibility of the implementation stage, project management life cycle, defining project scope, assessing and managing project risks. Possess up to date knowledge of latest technological advancements, regulations and statutory compliance in the industry. Skilled in striking perfect coordination with all stakeholders – client, company, and team to catalyze work performance and ensure project execution within defined cost/ time parameters.  

Dharamveer Singh Rana

Assistant Manager –Technical Support

Mr. Dharamveer Singh Rana is a Graduate of Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.E.) from IETE, Delhi and also holding an MBA Degree in Operation  Management. Both these qualifications combined make him a perfect and correct choice for his profile (Assistant Manager – Technical Support).He brings good understanding and knowledge on a Technical issue related to broadcast equipment/projects. He has more than 7 years experience in this field and he proved himself a good asset for the company.


Vikas Wadhwa

Sr. Commercial Logistics Executive

Mr. Vikas Wadhwa is a part of team at Falcon Broadcast Solutions LLP with his expertise in commercial activities.He is Post Graduate with Mass Communications) from Kurukshetra University and looking after the various aspects of the commercial department since last One and half years.He has worked in the field of Import & Export and having good knowledge about the logistics activities and follows ups.

Mr. Lalit Kumar is a part of team at Falcon Technologies with his expertise in commercial activities.He is Graduate with BA(honors) from Delhi University and looking after the various aspects of the commercial department since last three and half years.He has worked in the field of Import & Export and having good knowledge about the logistics activities and follows ups.
